Windfall: the seventh mission

This team has exceeded all my expectations. Upon investigating the power surge, they discovered a plot to wreak incalculable havock and death in the heart of Atlanta. They then neutralized the threat, located the source of the attack, infiltrated the suspects, located and rescued over three dozen hostages, apprehended or killed all the suspects and located and secured another of the stolen artifacts. Apparently the figure of Nacon's Blessing is a type of psychic 'cookie cutter' that can imbue mundane objects with an affect that causes a homicidal rage in the victims. The purpose of this plot is still unknown but losses this severe are certain to hamper Mindwrecker activities in North America.
