Walter Rounds has escaped. The details are still sketchy but preliminary findings are that he managed to overpower one of his guards during transport at the same time as an exterior team arrived to free him.
Two of the guards are dead and one is in critical condition.
The extraction team seems to have been armed with assault rifles, explosives, and knowledge of either the specific route or enough resources to have covered all the available routes. Both possibilities are equally disturbing. A copy of this report as well as my final conclusions will be sent to Department 6.
