A Nice Surprise: the fourth mission wrap up

Recruitment Summary
Cindi Quail, 12 year-old caucasian female, was successfully recruited into our youth program this week. She came to the attention of our agents during an unofficial mission to assist an FBI investigation into grain price-fixing.
The agents successfully identified the girl as a psychic, convinced her to face some of her mental issues, convinced her and her family to enroll her in our youth program, and provided great assistance to the FBI agents in their investigation. Additionally, they were able to maintain the secret of psionics.
The girl is surprisingly powerful for her age, as indicated by the impressive manifestations that brought her to the team's attention. Hopefully she will make an excellent addition to the ICC but at the least she will learn how to harness and control her abilities so that she doesn't hurt anyone.
