I hate to be the bearer of bad news but today I don't have a choice. You've got a 'containment team' of the Shizuka Ni Ugoku headed for your shores. Specifically San Francisco.
Yes, they are hunting a rogue agent of theirs. They claim he stole a precious artifact after infiltrating their organization for 23 years. They have kept us informed, as per the Tokyo agreement, and are heading to your turf. The team consists of four members. All speak English and are aware of the care we expect them to use. You know what that means.
Friend to friend, I'd recommend assigning a team with some Japanese cultural knowledge. You remember how touchy these guys can be about their honor. And I know it goes without saying, but don't include any "Oni" in the team. These guys are some of the most fanatical they've got. Also some of their best operatives.
