I've found a replacement for Chris Whyte. Sari Mitchell seems ready for a change of operations and is certainly qualified to join one of my better teams. Her social and investigatory expertise should combine nicely with Edward's technological skills, Miyagi's field medic skills and Kim's swat training.

Robert read over the request and cursed under his breath. Whyte was a good field agent and terrible at paperwork. However, there was no denying that his daughter's returning poor health and his recent injuries made it apparent that he couldn't remain in the field. Add in the increasing marital tension from the danger of the job and it became obvious that a transfer to another department was needed.
Lawson leaned back in his chair to think things through. Slowly he began to smile and reached for a set of transfer orders. Department 2 might not test most of Chris's skills but handling Cindi Quail would definately test his patience.
